The purpose of this document is to regulate the GENERAL CONTRACT TERMS or CONDITIONS of the online reservation services of VR AIRSOFT, S.L. with registered office at 28935 Móstoles, C/ Abantos 13, and CIF: B8832281.

The use of these services will imply the full and unreserved acceptance, and the validity, of each and every one of the General Terms and/or Conditions -which will be considered automatically incorporated in the contract signed with VR AIRSOFT, S.L., without that its written transcription is necessary in the same- collected in the latest updated version of these General Terms and/or Conditions.

Hiring policy

When using the service, the reservation user will receive an email confirming it, this email serves as proof of their reservation.

Return policy

VR AIRSOFT, S.L. does not make returns under any circumstances. Please contact us if you are not satisfied with your purchase and we will try to resolve the issue.

Punctuality policy

Partial Reservation – If you have not reserved the full session (6 places), the session will start even if not all the participants have arrived. If they arrive in time to receive the security instructions they will be able to participate in the experience, otherwise we cannot allow their access for security reasons.

Full Booking – If you have booked the entire session and one of the participants is late, you have two options:

• You can start the session without all the members being there, if they arrive in time to receive the security instructions they will be able to participate in the experience, otherwise we cannot allow their access for security reasons.
• You can wait for everyone to be present, but you have to consider that the time of the experience may be reduced. Our staff will do everything possible to expedite the processes, but the end time will not be modified. If you arrive late you will not receive a refund or credit.

Security policy

- We recommend a height of 1 meter to play our games, except for the Pulsar simulator, which will require a minimum height of 1.20m, and for the Diabolo simulator, which will require a minimum height of 1.40m. Players under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to play. People with vision in only one eye can play. For security reasons, the experience cannot take place if:

• You suffer from epilepsy to any degree.
• You suffer from deafness or severe hearing loss.

Our experiences are not recommended if:

• You suffer from heart ailments.
• You are in an advanced stage of pregnancy.

Accessibility and child care

Our project is fully adapted for people with reduced mobility or visual impairment, with a specialized team, always attentive to visitors with special needs, and can count on any help from us.

Children cannot be left unattended in the VR AIRSOFT waiting area. The VR AIRSOFT team is not responsible for the safety and care of children in this area. If you don't have anyone who can take responsibility, you won't be able to access the experience. You will not receive a refund or credit.

Limitation of liability and warning simulators

The use of the Pulsar and Diabolo (Whiplash) simulators is safe if used responsibly and supervised by a monitor whose instructions must be followed. You must consider that the use of Whiplash supposes the emulation of real conditions that imply fast and sudden movements and changes of direction or orientation.

Therefore, keep in mind that you will not be able to use Whiplash in case of:

• Be pregnant.
• Have cardiovascular or respiratory diseases or injuries.
• Cervical or muscular pain or injuries.
• Suffering from vertigo, anxiety, as well as tachycardia or high blood pressure.
• Have epilepsy.
• If you have consumed any substance that may alter your level of consciousness such as alcohol or drugs or medications that may be contraindicated or decrease your reflexes.
• Any other limitation or disease not related in the previous sections that, using the device, may pose a risk to your health.

The user must refrain from acting to draw attention in contravention of the monitor's instructions, keeping their arms and legs inside the passenger compartment at all times, remaining attached with the safety harness, always under the instructions received from the monitor.

Whiplash is not responsible for damage caused by misuse of the attraction by the user or by external forces or other external influences over which Whiplash has no power to influence.

If you are not sure or have doubts, ask us before using the device.

Gift cards

Gift cards can be purchased in the reservations section.

Gift cards can be redeemed whenever the recipient wishes, any day of the week. They are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

If you want a personalized gift card, once purchased, you can send us an email to marketing@vrairsoft.es indicating the coupon code and the name of the recipient or recipients and we will send you a completely personalized card so that you can deliver it in a more special way (Keep in mind that the cards are made digitally by our staff and each one takes time. If you want to have it for a specific date, we recommend you request it at least 24 hours in advance, on Saturdays and Sundays, this service is generally not available. will be available).

The use and enjoyment of gift cards follows the same conditions and regulations as all our sessions.
